Description

One of the most common questions people going through awakening often ask themselves is what is real. How do we define what is real? How do we know that we exist? Who am I? Am I my everyday experiences, my actions, or my way of life?
There’s an age-old, perplexing question that arises: Are we the dreamer of our own lives, or are we simply the dream itself?
In this movement class, we will embark on an in-depth exploration of our inner world that transcends our everyday experience. We will dive into the realms of dreams, imagination, and fantasy.

Separation from the Soul

Our aim is not to disconnect from our human existence or disembark from our physical bodies, but rather to invite symbols, archetypes, and experiences of our soul into our embodied human existence.
One of the deepest traumas that humans have, in one way or another, is the separation between the human and the soul. We often shield our soul from the trials and tribulations of our human lives.
However, without this connection, life can seem meaningless, dull, devoid of magic, and the mystery of our “I Am” presence.
Some people may react by escaping into spirituality or religion, avoiding the complexities of the human experience.

Living as a Complete Being

In reality, true freedom lies in living as a complete being – embracing both our humanity and our soul, perpetually united in wholeness. This is the path to fulfilment.
In this class, our primary focus will be on receiving the brilliance and vastness of our entire being. We will connect with our inner dreamer, reunite with our soul, and find balance and wholeness through the context of our embodied human experience.

What is a movement class?

Movement classes offer personal development through movement. Each session encourages a connection with your body, explores emotions, and accesses the wisdom of your soul.
By integrating mindful embodied practices and conscious dance, these classes promote holistic integration, emotional release, authenticity, and inner harmony.
Movement practices have their roots in body-centered psychotherapy and have evolved over the years to incorporate various techniques aimed at emotional regulation and expression.
These practices include:
•Structured Movement and Breathing Exercises
Conscious Dance and Shamanic Dance
Storytelling, Meditation, and Embodied Imagination
•Authentic Movement
