Description

They say that repression of expression creates depression. If you have ever created something, you must know that masterpieces come to life when we become vessels for the great creator within.
When we surrender humbly and deeply, it creates through us. If we repress our creative flow or resist life, life will resist us in return.
What if we can’t express ourselves? We may feel we have so much to share, yet we find ourselves unable to move forward for some reason.

Support at our back

Expressing deep, wounded, vulnerable, and even divine parts of ourselves can be scary. That’s why it is important to start with support. Feeling support at our back enables us to open our hearts and express whatever seeks to be expressed through us.
Sometimes expression is hard or even painful. Once that energy flows, it will begin to open us up and unlock our creative potential.

Letting go of control

Our life is the creative expression of our consciousness. It’s expressing itself either way, whether we are aware of it or, more importantly, whether we like it or not. To express means to let go of control.
There is no need for plans and schedules; expression will find the perfect timing. It will bring ideas, solutions, and innovations, helping us to create our life with far more ease. In this class we will focus on how trust in our Self and our expression feels like in our bodies.

What is a movement class?

Movement classes offer personal development through movement. Each session encourages a connection with your body, explores emotions, and accesses the wisdom of your soul.
By integrating mindful embodied practices and conscious dance, these classes promote holistic integration, emotional release, authenticity, and inner harmony.
Movement practices have their roots in body-centered psychotherapy and have evolved over the years to incorporate various techniques aimed at emotional regulation and expression.
These practices include:
•Structured Movement and Breathing Exercises
•Conscious Dance and Shamanic Dance
•Storytelling, Meditation, and Embodied Imagination
•Authentic Movement
