Lately, I’ve been thinking about new beginnings. Often we want something new in our life so badly, but the moment it rings our doorbell we would freeze in terror.

How come we would choose an old but unsatisfying reality rather than the new one? Fear of rejection, failure, and uncertainty is so big that we would rather live a life full of longing for something that never shows up. What if the new is just energy?  Or better yet, your energy? It’s natural to constantly move and shift.

Trying to preserve the old, as much as it may seem comfortable at first, is not natural. It’s funny how we play tricks on ourselves. We try to convince ourselves how our lives stay the same due to the lack of luck, manifesting abilities, or just too many traumas. To allow the new we need to surrender to the inevitable end or death, we need to understand the creator archetype within, and allow the emptiness.

In nature, after the emptiness, we perceive new signs of life. Fresh rays of light, and new plants start to break through the deep stillness of the earth. Nature starts to rebirth.

If you could let go of all of the stories, or biology that you are used to, and were given a brand new body, what would your experience be like? How would you embody your new life?

What would you look like, how would you move, walk, talk and perceive the outside world? We go through many different rebirths in our life. In this class, we will consciously experience the inner rebirth you are currently going through.

To feel new energy, we need to open to the stream of energy. Energy is always moving and renewing. It may seem scary at first to allow the flow of energy because it triggers the lack of control.

Once we start surrendering to the waves of energy, we also start witnessing miracles in our lives. Women experience rebirth once a month throughout their cycle. If we feel stuck in the old patterns it means that for some reason we are resisting change. It’s important to accept yourself as you are and allow the flow as it is, and not as you would want t to be. Wanting to change without acceptance is resistance.

In this workshop, our main focus will be the flow of energy in our bodies and in our life.  We will also focus on beliefs, energies, and dynamics that we take as ours and see whether it is time to cleanse ourselves and start fresh.
