Description

What does freedom mean? Imagine living without being held back by past burdens or worries about the future. Often, we’re stuck in situations that keep us from moving forward. Maybe we stay in jobs we don’t like, can’t get over a tough breakup, or just feel lost. We end up thinking freedom equals more time, more money, or no commitment.

Life Without Agenda

But what if real freedom is none of those things, but rather the simplicity of life without any agenda? What if freedom is to understand that all those stories will keep playing out unless we step out of them and see ourselves and life in the reality of existence? We don’t need to earn our freedom; we already are free. What is keeping us stuck is all of those stories that are held in the body, all of those voices whispering into our ears that something is impossible, that we are not worthy, or that life will not be there for us.

Stories in Our Bodies

Our body holds stories from our childhood, our ancestors, and even our culture. It is shown in the way we move, in our structure, and our posture. In this class, we will explore what it truly means to expand from those stories and step into the free energy that is not only available but is innately ours.

What is a movement class?

Movement classes offer personal development through movement. Each session encourages a connection with your body, explores emotions, and accesses the wisdom of your soul.
By integrating mindful embodied practices and conscious dance, these classes promote holistic integration, emotional release, authenticity, and inner harmony.
Movement practices have their roots in body-centered psychotherapy and have evolved over the years to incorporate various techniques aimed at emotional regulation and expression.
These practices include:
•Structured Movement and Breathing Exercises
•Conscious Dance and Shamanic Dance
•Storytelling, Meditation, and Embodied Imagination
•Authentic Movement
