While Lana Kunštek is a licensed psychotherapist, the services provided through this platform are expressly non-clinical. These sessions focus on coaching, mentoring, and body-oriented facilitation for personal growth, self-awareness, and skill development.

Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure mental health conditions and do not constitute medical advice, clinical psychotherapy, or crisis intervention.

  • Not a Substitute for Clinical Care:

If you require diagnosis, treatment, or clinical mental health support, you must consult a licensed healthcare provider in your jurisdiction.

  • Client Responsibility:

You are solely responsible for decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from our sessions. Therapy with Lana assumes no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of these services.

  • Jurisdictional Compliance:

This disclaimer applies to clients in jurisdictions where Lana Kunštek is not licensed to practice psychotherapy. Laws regulating psychotherapy, coaching, and telehealth vary by country/region, and it is your responsibility to confirm that these services comply with local regulations.

  • Booking Confirmation:

5. Payment and Refunds

Payment: Payments for services are processed through third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, ThriveCart). By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

Refunds: Refunds for online programs or services that involve physical movement or therapeutic elements may only be granted in exceptional cases at our discretion, and any refund request must be made within a reasonable time frame after purchase. Refunds are considered under unexpected circumstances and are subject to our discretion. For online programs involving movement and therapeutic approaches, a disclaimer is provided, and users participate at their own risk. Digital content accessible immediately upon purchase is exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right under EU law. Refunds are discretionary beyond this.

6. Cancellation Policy

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee.

7. Confidentiality
